As you may know by now, Fleischmann have announced a SBB Bt driving trailer in their 2011 programme. Our first thoughts, here at NscaleCH, were to abandon the project on the grounds that the financial risk was now greater than before. However, I am advised that many customers are keen for our project to continue, and we have now decided that we should investigate the number of loyal customers, and orders, to assess whether we should continue or not. Fleischmann have announced only the ICN-livery model, and, of course, we do not know how accurate it will be; also those customers requesting an old-livery model will not have their wishes satisfied by Fleischmann.
I can now give a more definite time-frame for the models, if we decide to go ahead: the finished models should be available in September 2011. The pricing structure is expected to be broadly the same as originally announced. Naturally, extra new orders would be extremely welcome! The Fleischmann model, by the way, is not scheduled for release until week 51 (late December).
Please reply to this message, indicating whether you wish to stick with us, and receive your model(s) in September, or whether you will require a refund of your deposit. I sincerely hope that you will, in any case, remain interested in NscaleCH and any future products we may bring to the market.
